Terry G. Perkins is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida, owner of a Remodeling & Design Build contracting company, Terry G. Perkins Construction, Inc. He specializes primarily in Residential Remodeling serving mid & south Pinellas County. Terry has worked in the construction industry since 1986, in both commercial and residential construction. He entered the industry as a Project Manager, with a degree in Business Management. Currently Terry is a Contractor, and Green Remodeler, credentialed as a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a Certified Remodeler through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders. Terry resides in Madeira Beach with his wife and daughter.
